Team Building at Waters

Next Tuesday, I start working with the Smart Connected Products team at Waters Corporation. Over the course of two long workshops, I look forward to helping them meld as a new team that has grown and changed over the past two years. The group that will participate in the workshop consists of software engineers, software testers (automation and manual testers), as well as a technical lead, an architect, some product owners, a scrum master, and a project manager. Many of the members of this team have never met in person due to the pandemic.

Coming together in person using visual art as our jumping off point will launch this team into better communication, creativity, and interpersonal relationships!
