Museum & Nonprofit Services.

Live out your values and prioritize worker wellness. We’ve got you covered.

We serve a variety of museums, cultural institutions, and nonprofits of all types. Our goal is to provide an effective, unconventional approach to breaking down silos between departments, bringing together various levels of staff, and creating a respectful place where employees bring their best selves. We also offer in-depth museum education services by contract.

I spent a decade and a half working for small nonprofits. I intimately understand the need for ingenuity, resourcefulness, collaboration, and laser mission focus. Nonprofits are the lifeblood of communities, and I respect that your values drive what you do every day.
— Erin Wederbrook Yuskaitis, Principal

“Erin is both inspired and inspiring. She generates enthusiasm and ideas, and she is effusive about communicating a passion for excellence and is contagious, influencing others here. There is no question that she used her experience to enrich this institution. Diligent, inquisitive, creative, and grounded in educational theory, she is committed to solid professional practices, always wanting to learn more herself, and completely open to sharing, giving, digging deeper, and pushing the envelope on behalf of learners. It has been a joy to work with her. We sincerely hope that she realizes what an impact she has had on the team here, and how her work will influence the future direction of an evolving education program."
