Bring the power of art
to your workplace.
In a world of constant change, organizations need more than agility—they need empathy, clarity, and connection. We help teams adapt by strengthening the human side of work.
At Yellow Room Consulting, we design immersive professional development experiences that build culturally fluent, emotionally intelligent workplaces. Our programs empower teams to communicate with purpose, lead with empathy, and collaborate with resilience—driving stronger client relationships and deeper employee engagement.

Let’s collaborate.
We offer custom workshops and learning experiences that expand mindsets, foster inclusive dialogue, and unlock creative problem-solving. Using visual art as a catalyst—paired with museum education-inspired methods—we guide participants through a hands-on journey of observation, interpretation, and strategic communication.
Whether you're developing emerging leaders, improving team dynamics, or building a more connected culture, our approach introduces a fresh lens for seeing, listening, and leading.
Why “Yellow Room”?
The name comes from a feeling—of light, curiosity, and acceptance. As a child, YRC Principal Erin Wederbrook Yuskaitis was surrounded by the color yellow in her bedroom, a space that evoked warmth, creativity, and confidence.
That spirit lives at the core of Yellow Room Consulting. We create learning experiences that feel just as empowering—spaces where professionals can feel accepted, think freely, connect deeply, and unlock their full potential. Our goal is to bring warmth, insight, and transformation into the workplace, one conversation at a time.
